Robertstown showed fantastic battling qualities by winning a tough three horse finish by a short head. This is all the more commendable as this was only his fourth ever race. He will now join Sheik Mohammed's private jumping string trained by John Ferguson. All going well, he should have a prolific future ahead of him. 

His trainer Jim Bolger comments: "He is a gutsy fellow and very hard to beat in a tight finish". Also he is very versatile ground-wise".

Robertstown (far side) wins his second race. This is only his fourth lifetime start but he has matured into a beautiful big horse.
